We cleaned the surface down hard, brushing the dirt out of the anti-slip pattern and clearing the chalky mineral film that scrubbing alone won’t fully lift. Then a light sanding took the dull, etched layer down to a sound base. Old caulk out, fresh caulk in to seal the seams, the bathroom masked, ventilation running, the fiberglass primed, and several coats of bright white sprayed on top.
The shower came out looking brand new — bright, smooth, the kind of clean that photographs well for a listing and shows well in person. And because the whole job wrapped in a day, the property was back in service fast.
