A dull fiberglass shower drags down an entire bathroom. Fixing it doesn’t have to mean tearing anything out.
That’s the short of it, and it’s the situation I run into all over Montclair, out at the western edge of the county. The neighborhoods here are full of established homes, and a lot of them have fiberglass showers that have simply lost their shine — dulled finish, soap scum and hard-water buildup settled into the surface, grime ground into the textured floor.
